WLA: Primary Customization Parameters

🏷️ Print your Brand identity

Now that you have the Agencies Metricool version, open the White Label administration panel (follow Route 1: Menu > Whitelabel settings; more info here).

πŸ“‹πŸŒπŸ“

βš™οΈThe first tab in the panel is for General Settings. Here you can manage your identity information to match your brand, customizing your logo, name, and colors. Please note that the β€œLogin logo” displayed to your client can also be changed (learn more about the login window here), as can the favicon.

Logos from General settings tab

🌐 A bit further down on the same tab, you will find the fields for your Agency's domain and name. The domain information cannot be changed during the trial period; during this time, it will also show the default Metricool extension (your-agency-name.ext.metricool.com). To customize it, you need to set a CNAME record, which you can learn more about here. Don't worry, it's easy. This is also the link for your Agency's login window, please do not confuse it with your main Metricool account login (as it will only work for clients and teammates added from the White Label settings panel).

Domain and Name fields

If your client lose the account access link, you can copy the domain appearing in "Your domain" field, so he can be redirected to your Agency login page.

πŸ“Š Finally, you can change some aspects of your reports.

Charts color changing

These reports can be sent automatcially to your clients monthly, or on demand manually. The Analytics dashboard view will also be customized to align with your brand colors identity 🌈. You can also hide this Report window from your client's view, if you prefer to manage report using your Agency.

We recap your client's view of this process (sending to Report) in the last reference of this second article.
