๐Ÿท๏ธ White Label for Agencies: Primary Customization Parameters

Print your Brand identity

Now that you have the Agencies Metricool version, open the White Label administration panel (follow Route 1: Menu > Whitelabel settings; more info here).

๐Ÿ“‹๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ“

โš™๏ธThe first tab in the panel is for General Settings. Here you can manage your identity information to match your brand, customizing your logo, name, and colors. Please note that the โ€œLogin logoโ€ displayed to your client can also be changed (learn more about the login window here), as can the favicon.

Logos from General settings tab

๐ŸŒA little bit down, under the same tab, you have the fields for your Agency domain and its name. This information canโ€™t be changed during the trial period, and regarding the domain, default Metricool extension will be displayed (your-agency-name.ext.metricool.com); but donโ€™t worry, changing it is easy. To achieve this, you need to set up a CNAME record, which you can learn about in detail here. This is also the link for your Agenies' login window, please don't confuse it with your main Metricool account login (this is only for clients and teammates added from Whitelabel settings panel).

Domain and Name fields

If your client lose the account access link, you can copy the domain appearing in "Your domain" field, so he can be redirected to your Agency login page. It would be the same for your teammates.

๐Ÿ“Š Finally, you can change some aspects of your reports.

Charts color changing

These reports can be sent to your clients monthly automatically, or on demand manually. The Analytics dashboard view will also be customized to align with your brand colors identity ๐ŸŒˆ. You can also hide this Report window from your client's view, if you prefer to manage report using your Agency.

We recap your client's view of this process (sending to Report) in the last reference of this second article.
