With the Team Members feature, you can grant access to one or more brands to other team members or customers by choosing from various levels of permissions. This feature is available on TEAM and Enterprise plans. To give access, you must go to the Connections dashboard - on the top-right dropdown menu -, select the brand, and then go to Team Access. Once there, all you have to do is adding the email address and choose the permissions you want to grant. Instagram Connection to Metricool

Only professional accounts, business or creator, can be connected to Metricool (not personal profiles). If you want to check what type of Instagram account you have, go to Profile > Settings > Account from your Instagram mobile app. If your Instagram account is personal, you can switch to a professional account in this section.

If you want to connect an Instagram professional account to Metricool, your account must be correctly linked to a Facebook Page where you will grant permissions to Metricool.

If you were not able to connect your account, first you need to check if your Instagram account is properly connected to a Facebook page from your Instagram mobile app.

Select the Instagram account you want to check and go to the profile.
Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right.
Click Settings > Account > Share with other apps.
Make sure a Facebook Page is linked to Instagram (not a personal Facebook profile).

Scheduling with Metricool is very easy. You must access the Planning section in the top menu and then New Post.

Engagement.
Average Reach/Post: Average number of people who have been reached with our posts. Reach refers to unique people, so if one post has been viewed for the same person twice, the reach will be one but it will count as two impressions. On Instagram, the Average reach/day is the average of the reach generated by the profile (including all posts), and the Average reach/post only refers to posts. You can calculate the total reach by adding the reach of all the posts or by multiplying the average reach by the posts published in the period.
