🏷️ White Label for Agencies: Standing from your Client’s Point of View

Be your client

🖼️ We dedicate this full article to explaining how your client will see the White Label agency workflows. So, let’s start from the top.

🖥️ 📈 🔗

Client's onboarding process

📧 This is the client's view of the onboarding process. The first step is the Email invitation.

Go to menu > Whitelabel settings > Clients > + Add New Client > Type or paste the email address > Assign Brands > Enable the brand(s) your client will manage and assign it a Role > continue > select between sending the default invitation email or a customized one > Add Client.

Immediately, your client will receive an email as follows. From here, we highlight in green the different parts that can be customized for each window.

Invitation email example

As you can see, you can change the name, email address, and logo of the sender, as well as both Metricool’s logos. In the text box located under ‘Activate your account’, the custom invitation message you edited will be displayed.

After clicking the activate account button, your client will be invited to set a password. Here is where the logo from the Primary settings (check details here) will be shown. We point the link in green, since this will be your custom domain.

Password set window

Immediately afterwards, the login window is displayed. The word crossed-out in green is the login logo set in the General settings window.

Now, the Metricool dashboard is displayed under the view you set, which we discussed in previous articles (you can check them on this link; they appear in their reading order).

This view also includes your brand's colors. Below is a general example of how this customization looks. In this example, we used only blue tonalities, but it can vary (the background color cannot be changed; it’s black in this figure just to differentiate between the two types of view).

Post sent to review - sent by email

📅 If you’re an agency that provides scheduling media content services, you may need to use the 'Send to Review' feature in the calendar.

Open the Calendar > + Create new post > create your edit > click the pointing down arrow next to the Schedule button > send to review. Your client will receive an email like this:

Post sent to review email

After hit ‘Review the post’ button, this window is displayed.

Approve/reject window

Once the post is approved or rejected, the status will change in your calendar, but at this point, you won’t receive any notifications. Please be aware that Clients and Teammates added in your Whitelabel settings won’t appear in the list of users when you send a post to review from the Calendar.

Reports

📉 If you grant your client access to the Report section, it will display the same information you have in your main Metricool account. Please be aware that if your clients print their own report, the metricool URL will be displayed when the report opens in the browser and is not customizable.

Reports view

You can learn all about how to generate reports and the custom templates you have available from your main account in the last references of this fifth article. Even when you can’t grant access to Looker Studio to your clients, you can use it (it is included for you in your package), if you know how, to give customized report alternatives to your clients.

Interface view

🖥️ Whether you have grant access to a client or a teammate (with full or partial permissions), these will be the menu for them, as you can see, there’s no payment information nor account information displayed in this menus.

Connections panel

🔗 From this window, you can also create a link for sharing the connection panel. Click the share button to automatically generate a link to be sent. Please keep in mind that -due to our collaboration with social networks and their need to identify the entity to which they grant permissions, the Metricool logo will be visible during connection process (just the first one) in the Connections panel-.

Connection Pannel - Link creator

This feature is useful for agencies that don’t provide social media platform connection services and want their clients to handle it themselves. You can share the link with yourself as a test to verify everything looks great before sharing it. As a result, your client get this window, please note there will displayed only brand information.
