What is the White Label
With the White Label, you have the opportunity to integrate Metricool's main features into your system, web portal, or application (your product) for use by your end customers.
In other words, the White Label solution enables you to access a range of brands (whose features encompass Analytics, Inbox, Planning, Smartlinks, and Ads) that you can assign to your clients' accounts within your product. This will allow them to manage their social networks, thus enriching your offering.
As an integrator, you will be the account administrator and can assign one or more brands to each of your end customers. This option is exclusively available for the Custom plans (you can check all our plans via this link).
How does it work?
- You are the integrator, and your product must have its own login page for user registration. Additionally, the management of their information must be carried out on your end. Your client will be the end customer and will not need to log in through Metricool; instead, they will access your system, web portal, or application directly.
- Each end customer will be assigned one (or more) brand(s) within the integrator's Metricool account.
- The end customer will only have access to their data and their assigned brand(s). They will not be able to access the account administration area or view the brands or data of other clients.
- The integrator has access to all their clients' brands, allowing them to provide support or additional services for managing social networks and advertising platforms.
- The integrator will have access to different customization options.
- Live support chat will be available for the integrator and/or their end customer, as needed. If the integrator does not want it, the chat can be removed from the client's view.
