Initial White Label Customization

Account Customization

You can customize the logos you wish to display by going to the menu > Account Settings > White Label (from the integrator's main account). Don't forget to click on "Save changes."

White Label setting

There, you will find the logos for the reports section and your account header.

Interface Customization

Request any of the following changes via our live chat, and they will be applied immediately:

  • Enable/disable the chat bubble for our live support that appears in the lower right corner of your screen when you browse Metricool.
  • Partially or completely hide the main Metricool menu, which is displayed at the top of your screen once you are logged into your account.

Tool list

  • Change the preview image in the reports section. You can directly provide us with the image (dimensions 412x755 px) stored on a web server; it must be an image URL. If you change the image location after providing us with the URL, it will be broken in the Metricool interface.

Report preview

  • Hide the monthly reports section located at the bottom of the reports window.

Hide monthly report

  • Change the main colors displayed in the Metricool Analytics dashboard to those related to your brand. You have a total of 12 colors to modify the text boxes and the historical graph line (time-history) displayed in the different sections. You can send us the list of colors you wish to add and specify whether the color should change for the text boxes or for the historical graph lines. The color format must be hexadecimal (e.g., #B61F24 for the color red)

Original view vs view with modified colors.
