Instagram Direct Messages don't display in my Inbox

Why it happens

If you don't see your Instagram DMs in your Metricool's Inbox, problably the reason is because the account owner has disabled access to Instagram Direct Messages.

To solve it, follow these steps:

Open the Instagram app on your phone and tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.
Scroll down and tap Messages and story replies (under How others can interact with you).
Tap Message requests. You’ll see options like:

Your followers on Instagram
Other people on Instagram

Tap each one and select Message request
