CNAME Customization

You can create a personalized access link via a subdomain for your White Label integration. This will be displayed to your end clients instead of the Metricool link.

• If your DNS provider is Cloudflare, follow the steps indicated for Cloudflare in this article.
• If your provider is different, follow the steps for DNS providers other than Cloudflare in this article.

Once the configuration is done, please send us the subdomain for its implementation on our side. After implementation, we will write back to you, and you can check your links by going to the menu > connections > White Label.

When we write to you, we will send you the txt values that you must place in the fields shown below.

It will be easier, and we recommend, using Cloudflare for CNAME integration, as it speeds up the process. The link you have configured will also appear in other sections, such as the link displayed in publications sent for review by email. In addition, you can confirm that your new subdomain is active by going to Menu > Brand Settings > White Label.
