Subscription Model in SaaS
How does the subscription model work?
When you subscribe to our SaaS (Software as a Service), you're accepting an adhesion contract*, based on an auto-renewing subscription model, as explained in our terms and conditions (3.6 - Service Duration and Termination: "The contract will be automatically renewed for the same duration as initially contracted"). That means when your subscription period (monthly or yearly) ends, it will auto-renew using the payment method you have on file. So you donβt have to worry about losing access to the service. Keep in mind that Metricool, as a SaaS, provides the platform β usage is up to the user (8 - Service Availability).
Why do we use auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal is designed to make sure you can keep using the software without any interruptions.
How do I manage my subscription?
- You can check your subscription status anytime from your account settings.
- If you want to cancel auto-renewal, you can do it anytime from your subscription settings. Just make sure you do it before the renewal date.
Terms and Conditions
To formalize the adhesion contract, the terms and conditions must be accepted when you create your Metricool account. Also, when upgrading to a premium plan, you'll need to accept the terms and conditions again. It's always a good idea to review them before accepting.

Refund Policy
You can use your withdrawal right within 15 calendar days from your first purchase of a paid plan. This right does not apply to automatic renewals.
