Connect Google Drive to Metricool

The integration with Google Drive is available in premium plans. Check the main differences between Free and Premium plans here.

If you're working with shared brands, keep in mind that the Google Drive connection is still personal. That means files aren't automatically shared with other users, even if they have access to the brand. To collaborate, you can use shared folders directly in Drive.

To upload your content from Google Drive when planning, you first need to connect your Google account to Metricool by following these steps:

Go to Planning (top menu).
Click on the multimedia icon and select Drive.
Click Connect and complete the process requested by Google, accepting the required actions.

After connecting your account, you will be able to access your Drive files from the search or folders.

💡 For LinkedIn posts, the document title is set automatically

From the calendar, you have two options to attach content from Google Drive:

Media storage: Click the multimedia icon, locate the file from the search or folders, and drag it directly to the calendar.

Creating a new post: Click the image icon and select Google Drive from the dropdown. Locate the file from the search or folders. Select the file and click accept (also available when creating a post from an autolist).

The session may expire, click retry to re-establish the connection.

Change or disconnect the account

To change or disconnect the current account, click on the three dots next to the Drive icon and select the desired action.
