Analyze your SmartLinks

Access the Analytics section to know the performance of your SmartLink.

Analytics

At the top of SmartLinks > Analytics, you’ll see three cards with summary metrics for the selected period:

• Visits: Number of times your SmartLink was accessed during the selected period.
• Button Clicks: Number of times buttons were clicked during the selected period.
• Image Clicks: Number of times images were clicked during the selected period.

Comparison with the previous period

If data is available for the equivalent previous period, a percentage variation will be shown below the metric.

• Up arrow: increase compared to the previous period.
• Down arrow: decrease compared to the previous period.

If there isn’t enough data to compare, no variation will be displayed.

Date selector

In the top right corner, you can select the date range applied to all metrics and the chart.

Enable or disable metrics in the chart

Each card includes a toggle.

This toggle allows you to:

• Show the metric in the chart below.
• Hide it from the chart without affecting the data.

Disabling a metric does not delete data or modify the analytics; it only changes how it is displayed in the chart.

Search

Allows you to find a button or image by name.

The table updates automatically based on the text entered.

Filter

At the top of the list, you’ll find a dropdown that lets you filter the elements displayed in the table:

• Show all: includes active, disabled, and deleted elements.
• Hide deleted: excludes deleted elements.
• Hide disabled: excludes disabled elements.

This filter only affects how the table is displayed. It does not change the status of buttons or images.

Sort the list

You can sort the data by clicking on the header of each column (for example, Status, Date, etc.).

When clicked, the column will be sorted in ascending or descending order.

An up or down arrow will appear next to the column name to indicate the selected order.

Download CSV

The Download CSV button exports the complete list of buttons or images with the metrics shown in the table. The export respects the selected date range at the top of the analytics, but it does not take into account the filter applied in the table.

List of buttons

In the button list, you can see the following metrics (for more details, click on View evolution):

• Status: shows the button status (active, disabled, or deleted).
• Clicks: Number of clicks the button received during the selected period.
• CTR %: Click-through rate percentage for the button during the selected period.

List of images

View the complete list of your images with the following metrics (for more details, click on View evolution):

• Date: Date and time when the image was added to the SmartLink.
• Clicks: Number of times the image was clicked during the selected period.
• CTR %: Click-through rate percentage for the image during the selected period.
