How to Boost your Posts
Boost with Metricool
Posts can be promoted for Facebook and Instagram.
You can boost the following type posts:
Facebook : post with a single image
Instagram : post with a single image and Reels
How does it work?
The strategy of promoting a post focuses on expanding the reach of the existing target audience using Facebook's algorithm. The total budget is allocated without specific segmentation, being the algorithm the one that will distribute the funds to obtain the best results. During the first few hours, the algorithm performs positioning learning and then optimizes content delivery. Although not split exactly 50/50, the promotional push lasts two days and requires a minimum budget of $2 USD, which is distributed as a minimum of $1 USD daily. The promotion is not editable and uses the default features. To customize the duration, budget and audience, a separate ad needs to be created. The goal is to maximize existing organic reach with minimal investment for a short period of time.
💡 To boost the Facebook Ads account must be connected on connections dashboard.
