How to Create Your SmartLink

From the top menu, go to the SmartLinks section and follow these steps:

Click on Create SmartLink.
Enter the name of the link in the URL field.

It will be generated with the domain: https://t.mtrbio.com/
You only need to customize the final part.

The URL can contain letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), and hyphens (- and _). It cannot begin or end with a hyphen.

Click Save.

The SmartLink will be created and you will automatically access the editing screen to configure its content.

Edit Your SmartLink

Edit your SmartLink from the different available tabs.

Remember to click Save when finished to apply the changes.

General

In the General tab, you can make the following adjustments:

Name

Edit the internal name of the SmartLink.
This name is visible in the SmartLinks list.

Link

Edit the URL (remember the restrictions mentioned above).
View the public SmartLink URL.
Copy the link using the Copy button.

Remember that you must manually add this link to your Instagram bio or anywhere else you want to use it.

Header

Configure the top section of your SmartLink:

Image: (Optional) You can upload an image or use your brand logo. Horizontal logos are also supported.

💡 Recommended aspect ratio: between 1:1 and 2:1 (the image will resize automatically).

Content: Add a title and subtitle.

Buttons

You can add up to 100 buttons to redirect users to different links. You can also add sections to organize the content.

Available options:

Define text, color, background, and border.
Add the destination URL.
Disable, clone, or delete buttons.
Drag and drop to reorder them.

Icons

Add social media icons to redirect users directly to your profiles. Simply enter the corresponding URL for each social network.

Media

You can include clickable media files, such as photos and videos, that redirect users to a specific URL.

Upload files from your Instagram account or from your computer.
Maximum of 50 files per SmartLink. If exceeded, only the 50 most recent files will be displayed.
Reorder files by dragging them.

⚠️ The "Add from Instagram" option will only display the latest 50 posts.

Appearance

Customize the design of your SmartLink by selecting a predefined theme or configuring it manually:

Text and background colors
Typography
Button styles
Icon position
Spacing
Image appearance and featured image

Real-Time Preview

All changes you make are displayed in real time in the preview panel on the right.

If you prefer to see how it looks in the browser, click the View live button (this button is only enabled once the SmartLink has been created and published).
