Where to download

Our Metricool mobile app is very easy to use, and can come in very handy if you don't have a PC in front of you. It is available on:

Android
iOS
||| Devices with Android 10 or lower are no longer fully compatible due to system updates starting from Android 14.

How to access

If you are already registered with Metricool. You can download the app and log in with username and password or, with your Facebook account (only available for Android).

If you don't have an account yet, you can easily register from the app itself.

Mobile App

The Metricool mobile app is divided in three blocks:

Analytics

Once inside the app, you will land directly on the Analytics section to see the metrics of your social platforms, connect a new network, download a new report in PDF or PPT or, review the ones already generated.

At the top right you can switch brands.

Inbox

In this section, as in the Desktop version, you can access and reply to comments and private messages from your Social Networks.

Planning

In the "Planning " section, you can review your scheduled posts by day, week or month. If you click on a post, you can edit it, change its status or delete it.

To create a new post, click on the " + " symbol at the bottom right and the "New post" window will open. Depending on the social network, you will have to complete specific information: text, multimedia content, save it as a draft, etc. Once you finish your post, click on "Accept" to save it.

In the App, the maximum size allowed for importing files will be 500 MB.

Settings

In this section you can manage and check all the aspects related to your account:

Brand Settings: To edit the name and picture associated to your brand, connect new networks or revoke access to a brand shared with you.
Account Settings: To edit your credentials, set up the language or timezone, add a new brand, logout or delete your Metricool account.
Device Settings: To edit the name that Metricool uses to identify your device.
Application Info: To review all the information about this app, such us the version installed on your phone.
Help Center & Live Support Chat: Direct access to our help center and live chat to solve all your questions.

From our mobile app, you can receive push notifications to post on Instagram or TikTok, review your analytics, generate reports and schedule your content on the go!
