How to clear your browser cache
🧹 When to clear your browser cache in Metricool
Clearing your browser cache can help fix several technical issues when using Metricool. Here are the most common situations where we recommend doing it:
- The wrong social media account is connected.
The browser might be keeping old sessions that interfere with proper login.
- You don’t see recent changes in your dashboard or published posts.
Sometimes the browser loads an outdated version of the page instead of the updated data.
- The tool isn’t working properly (visual glitches, freezes, partial loads).
Corrupted or outdated cache files can cause unexpected behavior.
- After an update or permissions change.
Clearing the cache ensures the browser applies recent changes correctly.
