What is it?

With the User Management feature, you can grant access to one or more brands to other people by selecting a predefined role or by setting custom roles.

This feature is available on Advanced and Custom plans.

User management is divided into two tabs:

Users : where you can search for the user and by brand.
Roles and permissions: where you can see them grouped by the type of permission they have.

In addition to the default roles ( Analyst, Editor, Manager, Content Creator and Client) you can add a new custom role , assign several brands to a user and manage their permissions in a single screen.

How to grant access?

In the top menu, click on the three the three horizontal stripes located on the right, in the drop-down select User management and click add user.

If you give access to a free account, the message "Upgrade" will still be displayed, however, it will have premium features in the shared brands. Expand the details about shared brands here.

Add the user's email and click on continue.

Select the brands and assign the role (you can use a different role for each brand).

Confirm if you want to send a notification to the new collaborator and finish by clicking again on add user.

How to add a role?
