White Label for Agencies vs White Label for Integrators: learn the difference

Even when they have similar names, they are found between multiple differences, but essentially, they serve the same purpose: to make you grow.
If you have a solid web product that has been developed as a tool that lives on its own, you can integrate us, letting your final client know, or not, that Metricool is behind the scenes, and enhance your product. The White Label -Integrators- is for you then.
If you are a community or social media manager professional that has created your client portfolio (are in the process to, or even planning to do it) and looking for a tool to present your work and build a strong digital product that allows you to show your numbers and scheduling posts, code free, and completly developed: the White Label -Agencies- would be your choice.
Please note that the main difference is whether you want to integrate it into your web app/portal/platform or use Metricool on its Agency form.
Here you have some other differences, to better understand the idea:
- The Iframe is only available for Integrators, not for Agencies.
- Integrators do not have the Clients tab (they already have their own clients, stored in their own databases and managed according to their own architecture).
- Agencies offer a login window; due to the previous point, Integrators must build their own.
- Integrators will not be able to integrate the Agency version.
- The Live Support Chat is enabled (and can be disabled) for the end clients of Integrators; end clients of Agencies do not have this option.
But they also find some similarities:
- You will need a technical profile for both. Make sure you are able to create a CNAME record and manage the SMTP protocol (if you want to learn more about these two functions, check the second and third references). This is to correctly name your White Label. If you are an Agency, this is practically all the technical assistance you will need.
- The planning options in the calendar are the same for both; the same applies to Smartlinks.
- Ads do not change either, and there are no limitations on the analytics presented or the Reporting capabilities (remember that with Custom plans you get Metricool in its most powerful form).
- Zapier, Looker Studio, and Make are not included.
- The native Connections tab is the same for both (although Integrators have more native customization options).
- User Management and My Tasks are not included in either.
- Live chat is available for both.
