🏷️ Keep in mind

• Clients and teammates added in your Whitelabel settings won’t appear in the list of users when you send a post to review from the Calendar.
• There are no notifications when a client approves, or denies a post sent by you.
• Those brands that have been shared with you through the User Management feature won’t appear in your account. You’ll only see the brands owned by the account for which the Custom plan has been paid.
• Due to our collaboration with social networks and their need to identify the entity to which they grant permissions, the Metricool logo will be visible during the first connection in the Connections panel.
• The link that displays the printed information in the reports is not customizable , and it will not be possible to prevent the report preview pop-up from opening automatically.
• You won’t be able to assign brands or Roles to those brands that have been shared with you. Whitelabel settings are made just for the brands created directly on your main account (from which the payment was made).
• The feature “My tasks” for approving/rejecting posts is not available either.
• The domain added in the General settings tab needs to be written in lowercase letters only.
