White Label for Agencies vs. White Label for Integrators: Learn the Difference

Despite their similar names, there are several key differences between them. However, they essentially serve the same purpose: to help you grow.
If you have a solid web product developed as a standalone tool with its own user management infrastructure, you can integrate with us to enhance your product (with the option to let your end client knowβor notβthat Metricool is behind it). In this case, White Label -Integrators- is the right choice for you.
If you are a community manager or social media professional who has built a client portfolio (or is in the process of doing so) and you are looking for a code-free, fully developed digital product to present your work, showcase metrics, and schedule posts: White Label -Agencies- would be your choice.
Keep in mind that the main difference lies in whether you want to integrate Metricool into your own web app/portal/platform or use Metricool in its Agency format.
Here are some other differences to help clarify the concept:
- The Iframe is available only to Integrators, not to Agencies.
- Integrators do not have a Clients tab (they already have their own clients stored in their own databases and managed according to their own architecture).
- Agencies offer a login window; due to the point above, Integrators must build their own.
- Integrators cannot integrate the Agency version.
- Live Support Chat is enabled (and can be disabled) for Integrators' end clients; Agencies' end clients do not have this option.
However, there are also several similarities:
- You will need a bit of technical assistance for both. Make sure you can create a CNAME record and manage SMTP protocols (to learn more about these two functions, see references 2 and 3). These processes are necessary to correctly brand your White Label. If you are an Agency, this is practically all the technical assistance you will need.
- Scheduling options in the calendar are the same for both; the same applies to Smartlinks.
- Ads features remain unchanged, and there are no limitations on the analytics provided or the Reporting capabilities (remember that with Custom plans, you get Metricool in its most powerful form).
- Zapier, Looker Studio, n8n, and Make are not included.
- The Connections tab is the same for both (although Integrators have more native customization options).
- User Management and My Tasks are not included in either.
- Live chat is available for both.

There are also differences in how you contact the White Label support team.
- If you are an Integrator, email us for technical assistance at integrators@metricool.com
- If you are an Agency, email us for technical assistance at whitelabel@metricool.com
