How to add or delete brands to your account
If a social network is disconnected, the synchronized data up to that point is not deleted. If another network is connected later, only the data synchronized from that day onwards will belong to the new account. To avoid this, you must remove the brand and make the connections from scratch. This option is not included in a free account.
➕ Adding a new brand
To add a new brand to your account, follow these steps:
- Go to Connections (top right menu) and click the
+Add
button. You’ll also find a shortcut from the main menu. - A pop-up will appear with the message:
“A new empty brand will be created and selected. Do you agree?”
- Click Accept.
The new brand will be added at the end of your list and will be available for you to connect its social networks.
🗑️ Deleting a brand
If you want to delete a brand from your account, do the following:
- Next to the
+Add
button, click the three-dot icon and select Delete brand. - A pop-up will appear with the message:
“Are you sure you want to delete this brand? If you continue, the brand (brand name) will be deleted from your account along with its settings and data.”
- Click Confirm to complete the deletion.
