Deleted a post from your Metricool calendar by mistake? 🙈 Don’t worry, you can still get it back.

In this article, we’ll show you how to restore deleted posts in any status: drafts, pending (scheduled), or published.

When you delete a post from your Metricool calendar, it won’t be deleted from the social network even if it was already published.
Metricool cannot delete content that has already been published on your social media accounts. If you want to remove a post from a platform, you’ll need to do it directly from that platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
Similarly, deleting a post from the social platform does not remove it from your Metricool calendar — these actions are not connected.

Only posts deleted in the last 45 days will appear, regardless of their original scheduled date.

Go to Planning to open your Metricool calendar.
Click on the Deleted posts tab.
Select the post you want to restore, click the three dots, and select Restore post.

The post will reappear in your calendar with the same date and status it had before deletion.

When you access the deleted posts from your calendar, you'll see a list with the following details:

Field	Description
Date	Date and time the post was scheduled.
Post content	Text (or part of it) that was in the deleted post.
Networks	Icon of the social network the post was intended for (Facebook, etc.).
Status	Indicates whether the post was a draft, published, or pending (scheduled).
Deletion date	When it was removed from the calendar.
Deleted by	Email address of the user who deleted the post.
