Duplicating posts to other brands
Optimize your workflow by duplicating posts across brands
If you manage multiple brands, efficiency is key. You can now not only duplicate a single post, but also duplicate multiple posts in bulk, saving even more time in your planning.
From the planner, you can select several posts and duplicate them simultaneously to one or more brands, without having to recreate them one by one.
This feature is ideal for:
✅ Managing multiple accounts while keeping communication consistent.
✅ Reusing evergreen content adapted to different audiences.
✅ Saving time by avoiding manual copy-and-paste tasks.
📱Also available in the mobile app to duplicate posts to other brands from anywhere.
How does post duplication work?
➡️ Duplicate a single post
- From the planner, select the post you want to duplicate.
- Click on "Duplicate to another brand".
- Select the destination brands.
- Adjust the date and time and click Duplicate.
- If you need to make changes, click the open icon to access the post in a new tab. Edit the content and finalize the post from that tab.
- To finish, confirm the duplication from the main duplication tab by clicking Got it. If you have finalized the post in a new tab, this step is not necessary.
➡️ Duplicate multiple posts in bulk
- In the planner list view, select the posts you want to duplicate.
- Click on "Bulk actions" and select "Duplicate to another brand".
- The selected list will be displayed, adjust the date and time for each post.
- Click Duplicate to confirm.
- Choose all destination brands and click Duplicate.
- If you need to make changes, click the open icon to access each post in a new tab. Edit the content and finalize each post from that tab.
- To finish, in the main duplication tab, confirm the selection by clicking Got it.
📝 Notes
- You can only duplicate already created posts.
- The post will be copied to the planner of the selected brands.
- You can duplicate as draft or duplicate and schedule.
- If you open a post from the icon, editing and finalizing is done in a new tab, independently from the duplication process.
- You can also edit the post later from the planner of the destination brand.
- If the selected brands have a different time zone, the post will keep the original date and time without automatic adjustments.
Do you prefer working with a CSV? Use bulk import
If you work with large volumes of content, bulk import via CSV may be the best option for you.
This method allows you to create and duplicate posts for multiple brands directly from a file, without doing it manually from the planner.
Keep in mind that you will need to duplicate one row per brand where you want to publish the content.
