Duplicating posts to other brands

Optimize Your Workflow by Duplicating Posts Across Brands

If you manage multiple brands, you know efficiency is key. Instead of recreating posts from scratch, you can easily duplicate them across brands.

By clicking "Duplicate to Another Brand", you can select one or more brands where you want to replicate the post. This feature is ideal for:

✅ Managing multiple accounts while keeping your messaging consistent.
✅ Repurposing evergreen content for different audiences.
✅ Saving time by avoiding the manual copy-paste process.

📱Also available on the mobile app to duplicate posts across brands from anywhere.

How Does Post Duplication Work?

From the planner, select the post you want to duplicate.
Click on "Duplicate to Another Brand".
Select the destination brands.
Adjust the date and time and click Duplicate.
Finally, confirm your selection by clicking Got it.

📝 Notes

You can only duplicate already created posts.
The duplicated post will be added to the planner of the selected brands.
You can duplicate as a draft or duplicate and schedule.
You can edit the content in each brand after duplication.
If the selected brands have a different time zone, the post will keep the original date and time without automatic adjustments.

Do You Have Many Posts? Use Bulk Import

If you need to move content in bulk, you can import posts using a CSV file, making it even easier to manage multiple brands.
You'll need to duplicate a row for each brand where you want to publish.
