Where to change your plan

You can change your plan accessing Plan and Billing from the top right menu, by clicking on the button "Change plan " . Select the new plan and accept the changes.
If you've canceled your subscription, you'll need to click "Reactivate plan" first before making any changes.



💡 To make any changes, remember that you must have a valid payment method (card or PayPal) added to your account and update your billing information beforehand.

Upgrade

In the case of an upgrade, the change will take effect immediately. The amount paid and not used from the previous plan will be discounted from the price of the new subscribed plan. At the time of the change, the exact amount will be indicated.

For annual subscriptions, at the time of the change, the annuity will be updated. That is, if you had a plan that expires from January to January and you change to a higher plan in May, the next renewal will be in May of the following year.

Downgrade

For downgrades, the process is similar. However, the change will take place in the next billing cycle.

Switch to annual billing

You can change your monthly subscription to an annual subscription at any time, in this case the change will also be effective immediately and the system will prorate the time you have not enjoyed your current monthly plan, to discount it in the price of the new plan. The exact amount will be indicated at the time of the change.

💡 Annual payment offers a discount already applied to the price.

To apply the change, in the next payment information, select Annual and complete the process.

Cancel the plan

You can contact us in the online chat to handle any concerns about your current plan or any questions about Metricool. If you finally decide to terminate your plan, (which we will be very sorry to hear about) you can click on "cancel plan" at any time
, your subscription will remain active until the contracted period expires. Then your account will become free, remember that you will lose access to the history and the rest of the brands (the free account offers one brand). You can check the main differences between Free and Premium plans here.
