Content not available

It may happen that the content published on Facebook is not displayed and the following message is thrown "This content is currently unavailable: Usually this happens because the owner only shared the content with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it was deleted."

👉 We recommend opening the post in an incognito window to check if it’s publicly available. If it’s restricted due to privacy settings or has been deleted, it won’t be displayed.

Page not found

This error often appears when trying to share videos that you don’t own. It’s a limitation of Meta’s API: it only allows sharing videos owned by the authenticated user.
However, when sharing manually from the Facebook app (while logged in), it might work—Facebook tends to be a bit more lenient in that environment.

Instagram

If your post appears as published in Metricool but when accessing you get the message "This page is not available. It is possible that the link you followed is incorrect or the page has been deleted. Back to Instagram.", in these cases it happens because the publication was deleted from Instagram. That is, it was published since a post ID is generated but was later manually deleted from Instagram.

LinkedIn

If your post appears as published in Metricool but when accessing you get the message "This post cannot be displayed", it happens because the post was deleted from LinkedIn. That is, it was published since an identifier of the publication is generated but later it was manually deleted from LinkedIn.

Google Business Profile

It is possible that in the Metricool planner the Google Business Profile publication appears with the status published but it is not displayed in your profile. This usually happens because when you submit a post, Google may check it for compliance with its post content policy.

In these cases, you should check if the status of the post is pending or not approved:

Pending: the post does not show up in Google Search or Maps. It may be in the uploading or processing stage, or your profile may be unverified.
Not Approved: customers cannot see the post in Google Search or Maps. The question mark next to the status indicates which content policy the post violates.

YouTube

If your post appears as published in Metricool but when accessing it you see the message "The video is unavailable," it's likely that the video has been removed from YouTube. This means the post was successfully published and an identifier was generated, but the video was later deleted manually or by YouTube.

Possible reasons include:

The video was deleted by the owner or by YouTube due to a copyright violation or community guidelines breach.
A temporary YouTube error, in which case you can try refreshing the page or accessing it from another device or browser.
