Add your communication style

📧 We explained how to customize General settings for your Agency here, now, we talk about the communication channel with your clients.

⚙️ Customize an email access notification with your own logo and script to show off your authentic communication style. To achieve this, follow Route 1 (Menu > Whitelabel settings) and find the Mail configuration tab.

You can write an invitation as long as you want; there’s no character limit, keep in mind the Email template to be used (you can learn more about your clients' point of view here). The email invitation will also include your logo.

You also have the ‘Reply to’ field for dding the email you want your clients to reponse to. This field will also be used when your clients reply to the reports sent automatically, a feature that can be find on the analytics dashboard, in the Reports tab.

📄 But, who’s the sender? During the trial period, the sender will be info@metricool.com (it cannot be customized during the trial). You'll be able to change it via an SMTP configuration, which is explained in detail here. Don't worry, its easy.

💾 Finally, in the bottom-right corner of your screen, you can send a test email as many times as needed to verify everything fits perfectly (see the first screenshot of this article). Once you finish, don’t forget to save your changes.
