Get to know Metricool

Metricool is organized into 5 big blocks that you can choose from the menu at the top:

💡 To change the Brand, click on the drop-down next to the brand name.

Analytics: Where you can find all the relevant metrics of your social profiles connected to Metricool. In this section, you have access to the Hashtag Tracker feature and the report generation.

Inbox: To manage your messages and comments on social networks.

Planning: Plan and schedule all your social media content.

SmartLinks: Add multiple links in the bio of your social media profiles.

Ads: Manage and create ads on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

At the top right you will see a drop-down menu, by clicking on the three horizontal bars you can find the following options:

Add brand: shortcut to add new brands, only available for premium.

** Connections **: In this dashboard you can connect your social profiles to your brand. If you have a Premium account, here you can create new brands or delete existing brands that you no longer manage.

Brand settings : to change the brand name and picture and set engagement formula.

** User management: **where to give access to one or more brands to other people.

** Plans and billing: **You will be able to manage your subscription, access your payment history and download invoices.

My tasks : allows you to manage the posts made through the content approval system.

Language : allows you to switch the tool to the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

** Account Settings **: In this section you can modify your access data, your preferences, as well as manage your subscription and download invoices.

Help Center: Your copilot in Metricool. Find guides, tutorials, and answers to manage your social media like a pro.

** Affiliation program **: Here you can access your affiliate link. In addition, you will be able to see the statistics of your link usage, check payments and have graphic resources and tutorials at your disposal.
