Manage Meta Ads accounts
Meta Ads Data
When you connect a Facebook Ads account to Metricool we get data from the entire advertising account.
If you manage several clients, following Facebook's instructions, we recommend you to have a Facebook Ads account for each client, for the following reasons:
If you ever need to share data with your own client, you will not be able to give them access without them seeing the other clients' data.
When you use Facebook Ads, the platform learns from your previous campaigns. This means that if something worked well in one campaign, it will try to apply it in the following ones. However, if you use the same account for several clients, the effectiveness may decrease. This happens because the campaigns of one client can interfere with those of another, affecting their performance.

Recommendations for managing your campaigns
The first recommendation, as we mentioned before, would be to have an advertising account for each client.
In addition, to facilitate the analysis of your campaigns, add the name of the social network (Facebook or Instagram) in the nomenclature. With a premium plan, you will be able to download a CSV with the list of all your campaigns.

Does your account manage more than one client?
If your account manages multiple clients (although this is not recommended) you can use the Looker Studio connector to customize reports, for example by applying filters to view specific campaigns. It also allows you to add metrics at ad level (in Metricool they are available at campaign level) and apply formulas.
The Looker Studio connector is available for Advanced and Enterprise plans. See more details here.
