Connect Your Facebook Page
Before You Start
To connect a Facebook page, you must first ensure that you have an admin role on your personal profile for the page you want to connect. This information is available within the Facebook page, under* 'Manage Page' > 'Settings' > 'Page Roles'*. You can't connect your Facebook Page to Metricool with a different role.
Connecting to personal profiles or creator profiles is not supported.
Add the page
This is the step-by-step guide:
Open another tab or window in the browser and log out of Facebook.
From Metricool, access the connection dashboard.
Click on "Connect Page". A Facebook popup window will appear.
Log in to your personal Facebook account and grant access to Metricool. (This action does not add your profile to Metricool; it only authorizes Metricool to access any Page associated with it.)
A list of the Facebook pages for which you are an administrator will appear. Select the Facebook page you want to connect.
💡 If your Facebook page is linked to an Instagram account, it will connect automatically.
For the management of multiple Facebook pages, especially in agency scenarios, it's advised to have different administrators connect to Metricool. This way, if Facebook automatically revokes permissions, the impact of disconnecting your pages is minimized, meaning you will have to reconnect fewer pages.
📱To connect your Facebook page from the app, iOS requires you to accept tracking permissions; otherwise, the connection will fail.
In case your page isn't listed or you experience challenges connecting to Facebook, check the article "I can't connect Facebook".
