🔌 What can you connect?


From the Metricool connections dashboard, you can link all the accounts and platforms you need under each brand.


Make sure to accept all permissions to ensure the tool works properly.

⚠️ Each brand supports only one account per platform. If you manage multiple accounts of the same type, you’ll need one brand per account.

📚 How to connect


Just go to the connections dahboaard, click the platform you want to connect, and log in with your credentials (some platforms require specific permissions).

To complete the process, authorize Metricool access.

TikTok Ads


You need the account login credentials to connect the ad platform, as there are no delegated permissions in this case.

To successfully connect, the account must be verified, you can check it here.


Google Ads


To connect your Google Ads account to Metricool, make sure you meet these requirements:


  • You must have admin permissions for the Google Ads account.
  • The account must have activity.
  • If the account is new or empty, the connection might not go through until there’s some activity.
