Account Structure: User, Brand and Social Profiles

Structure of your Metricool account

Each Metricool account has three "levels":

• User: It identifies with the Metricool account you created when you first registered and is associated with an email address. To access the account info you must click on the menu at the top right and then click on Account Settings. For more information, please visit this article.

• Brand: With each Metricool brand, you can manage a complete brand or client with all its social networks associated. You can connect one profile per social media and ad platform, and one website or blog.

To change the Brand, click on the drop-down next to the brand name.

From the Name and Picture section or Brand Settings, you can edit the name and select the logo of your connected networks.

• Social profile: A social profile is an account on any social network that you have connected, for example, a Facebook page. Within each brand you can connect one social profile of each platform.
