How to manage your SmartLinks in Metricool

Manage your SmartLinks from one place

From the SmartLinks section, you can view, edit, clone, or delete your SmartLinks from one list.

SmartLinks list

Go to SmartLinks from the top menu.
In the list, you can:

• Search for a SmartLink using the search bar.

• Sort by Name, Creation date, or Link.

• Find the public link in the Link column. To copy it, open the SmartLink from the three-dot menu and use Copy in the General tab.

• Review performance in SmartLinks > Analytics — see SmartLinks analytics in Metricool for the available metrics.

Edit a SmartLink

To edit a SmartLink:

1. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) on the row.

2. Select Edit.
   The editing screen will open, where you can update its content.

Clone a SmartLink

You can duplicate an existing SmartLink to reuse its setup.

1. Click the three-dot icon (⋮).

2. Select Clone.
   A copy will be created that you can edit.

Delete a SmartLink

To delete a SmartLink individually:

1. Click the three-dot icon (⋮).

2. Select Delete.

Bulk actions

You can delete multiple SmartLinks at the same time:

1. Tick the checkbox to the left of each SmartLink.

2. Click Bulk actions.

3. Select Delete.
