What can you do in the mobile app?
The Metricool mobile app is designed to help you manage your social networks on the go: publish content, review basic stats, reply to messages, and manage your planning from anywhere. However, some advanced features are only available in the web version to provide a more complete and professional experience.
Below, we show you what you can do in the mobile app.

[1] The mobile app allows you to plan posts with files of up to 500 MB.
[2] Basic view of best times only; detailed percentages are available exclusively in the web version.

[5] Managing Metricool plans (purchase, modification, or cancellation) is done exclusively on the Metricool website, not from the mobile app. The only exception is plans managed through app distribution platforms.
The mobile app is updated regularly. Some features may be added in future versions. Check the update notes in the App Store or Google Play to see what’s new.
When should you use the mobile or desktop version?
Combine both platforms in your workflow: plan and analyze from your desktop, and manage day-to-day tasks from your mobile. All your data syncs automatically.
Use the mobile app to:
Share/open a file or text to create a post.
Publish urgent or on-the-go content
Reply quickly to messages and comments
Review basic metrics when you’re away from the office
Edit or reschedule existing posts
Receive notifications for your scheduled posts
Receive push notifications to publish (for example, Instagram and TikTok content that doesn’t support auto-publishing)
Open Metricool links (from an email or another app) directly in the app when it’s installed on your mobile device.
Use the web version to:
Strategic planning with templates and recurring posts
In-depth analysis of performance, competitors, and hashtags
Create and manage custom SmartLinks
Set up and monitor ad campaigns
Generate reports with templates for clients or teams
Use the AI assistant to schedule your posts
Manage roles and permissions
Minimum requirements for the mobile app
Android: version 8 or higher
iOS: version 14 or higher
If you’re using Android 10 or lower, some features may not be available or the app may have issues. We recommend updating your operating system.
