How to log in to the Metricool app

Manage your social networks from the Metricool mobile app

The Metricool mobile app lets you manage your social networks from anywhere. To get started, you just need to log in with your existing account or create a new one directly from the app.

The available login methods vary depending on your device: on iOS, you can only use email and password, while on Android you can also log in with Facebook or Google.

Prerequisites

Before logging in, make sure you have:

  • Android: Android version 11 or higher (recommended for optimal performance)

  • iOS: iOS version 14 or higher

  • Have the latest version of the Metricool app installed (check if there are any pending updates in the app store)

  • An active Metricool account (Free or Premium)

  • A stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data)

If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, you’ll be asked for an additional verification code during login. See Metricool two-factor authentication for more information.

How to log in on Android

On Android, you have three options to access your account:

➡️​ Email and password

  1. Open the Metricool app on your Android device

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Tap Log in

➡️​ Log in with Facebook (only available on FREE plans)

  1. On the login screen, tap Connect with Facebook

  2. Authorize Metricool access in the Facebook window

  3. You’ll be redirected back to the app automatically

➡️​ Log in with Google

  1. On the login screen, tap Connect with Google

  2. Select the Google account you used to sign up

  3. Authorize access and enter the app

If this is your first time, you can also create a new account directly from the app using any of these methods.

How to log in on iOS

On the iOS app, you can only log in using email and password:

  1. Open the Metricool app on your iPhone or iPad

  2. Enter your email and password in the corresponding fields

  3. Tap Log in

Once inside, you’ll have access to all features: Analytics, Inbox, Planner, and Settings.

If you created your account using Google or Facebook, the iOS app does not support social login. You’ll need to set a password first. See I can’t log in to the Metricool iOS app for more details.
