If you subscribe to Metricool through our iOS or Android app, your subscription will be managed by Apple or Google. This means that:

You must manage your subscription through the app (not through the Metricool website).
Only the Starter Mobile 5 plan with monthly payment is available.
Promotional codes cannot be applied.
Refund requests must be directed to and approved by Apple and Google.

You can check the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing Metricool at Google Play and Apple Store.

The X (Twitter) add-on is not available in the Starter Mobile 5 plan subscription.

How to subscribe from the App



Access the Metricool app and follow these steps:

Click on Settings > Account Settings > Plan & Billing
Click on Upgrade (top right)
Click on Buy (Remember that only the Starter Mobile 5 plan is available through the app).
A pop-up window will open from the Google Play or Apple Store.
Click on Subscribe ( Apple will ask you to sign in with your Apple ID)

Follow the rest of the prompts to complete your subscription. Once completed, you will be able to start enjoying your premium plan, which will automatically renew.

Remember that you can cancel your subscription at any time and your plan will become free.

Cancel plan



Metricool premium plans must be cancelled in the same way they were activated, i.e. via the Metricool website or via the app (iOS or Android).

To cancel your Starter Mobile 5 subscription, follow these steps:

From Google Play :

Sign in to your Google account.
Click on Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
You will see a list of all your active subscriptions. Find the one you want to cancel and click "Manage".
On the subscription details page, click "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

From Apple Store

Open the "Settings" application on your iOS device.
Scroll down and tap on your name, then select "Subscriptions." (If you are using a version of iOS prior to iOS 15, simply select "App Store" instead of "Subscriptions").
You will see a list of all your active subscriptions. Select the one you wish to cancel.
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Once you have completed these steps, your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be automatically charged for future renewals.

Please note that for other plans, you will not be able to cancel your subscription through the mobile app and must manage it from the Metricool website.
