How to manage content approval from My Tasks
My Tasks is a dashboard where you can track and manage posts that go through the content approval system. It is available on all plans. On Free and Starter, you need at least one shared brand with the necessary permissions to use it.
Task statuses
Each task appears with one of the following statuses:
Open: tasks you are actively managing or reviewing.
Pending of approval: tasks waiting for a reviewer to approve or reject.
Rejected: posts that were rejected by a reviewer and need to be revised.
Approved: posts that have been approved and are ready to publish.
Grace period: If a post has not been approved or rejected by its scheduled time, Metricool applies a grace period of 3 hours. During that time, the post still appears in the Pending of approval tab and can be approved and published normally. If you do not have a Metricool account, you can also approve or reject it from the review email. After that grace period, the task disappears from My Tasks and the post remains unapproved (it will not be published).
