Schedule and Publish on YouTube
Schedule your content on YouTube
With Metricool, you can schedule your videos to go live on your YouTube channel whenever you want.
✏️ Key points
Video types:
- Standard videos: Over 60 seconds. Horizontal format.
- Shorts: Up to 3 minutes. Vertical or square format.
⚠️ We recommend not pushing Shorts to the 2:59 min limit, as YouTube might increase the time on import and publish it as a standard video.
Posting limits:
- FREE: up to 10 posts every 24 hours
- PREMIUM: up to 20 posts every 24 hours
If you hit the limit, you’ll need to wait 24 hours from your 10th or 20th post (depending on your plan). To check if you can publish, count the posts from the past 24 hours—if it’s under the limit, you’re good to go.
Character limit: 5000 per post.
Video thumbnail: Recommended size 1280x720px.
First comment: You can add it to both long videos and Shorts.
