By accessing Plan & Billing you can:
Update your payment method (Card or Paypal)
Update your billing information
Download invoices
Important
Billing and subscriptions can only be managed from Metricool on the web.
If you have an account with shared brands, only the owner of the paid account can manage subscription changes.
The VAT/Tax Id Number must match the company name entered. See Why am I being charged VAT on my invoice? for details on what to enter if you don't have a VAT number.
It is important to keep your billing information up to date, as well as your payment method. Once you save the changes, these will be applied to the next payment.
Edit Invoices
It isn’t possible to amend an invoice once it has been issued, except in very specific cases provided for by tax regulations.
