Available payment methods

You can pay for your Metricool subscription securely using the following methods:


đź’ł Credit or debit card


We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).


⚠️ Prepaid or virtual cards are not accepted.


How to pay with a card:

  1. On the payment page, choose card.
  2. Enter your card details: number, expiration date, and security code (CVV).
  3. Complete your bank's verification process (may require an SMS code or app approval).
  4. Confirm the payment.


Make sure:

  • Your card is enabled for online and international payments.
  • You have sufficient funds and haven’t reached your spending limit.
  • Your card supports recurring payments on subscription platforms.
  • You can access the verification method required by your bank (some cards need confirmation for each charge).

You can also pay using your PayPal account.


How to pay with PayPal:

  1. On the payment page, select PayPal.
  2. You'll be redirected to PayPal to log in.
  3. Confirm the payment and you’ll return to Metricool automatically.


âś… Make sure your PayPal account is verified and linked to a valid funding method (card or bank account).

ℹ️ Additional payment info


  • Billing details required: You must complete your billing info, whether you’re an individual or a company.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly), while active.
  • Currency and pricing: Prices are displayed in euros (€) or dollars ($). Charges are processed in the selected currency.
  • Bank verification: Some banks may require additional authentication (like a code sent to your phone) to approve the payment.
  • Balance and limits: Make sure your card has enough funds and is not restricted for online or international payments.
  • Invoice: After payment, the invoice will be available under Plan & Billing > Payment History. You can also choose to receive future invoices via email.
  • Updating your payment method: You can change your payment method anytime in your billing settings.
  • Taxes: In some cases, VAT is added depending on your country. More info here: Why am I charged VAT on my invoice?
