How to connect Facebook to Metricool
Updated 2 weeks ago
By connecting your Facebook Page to Metricool, you get access to:
Scheduling and publishing: Schedule posts, Reels, and Stories from Planning. See Schedule and publish on Facebook.
Analytics: View available metrics in Facebook Metrics.
Inbox: Reply to comments and private messages from one place in the Inbox Manager.
Competitors: Track competitors from Competitor Analysis.
Before you start
You need an admin role on the Facebook Page you want to connect. Check this on Facebook under Manage Page > Settings > Page Roles. You cannot connect a Facebook Page with a different role.
Connecting personal profiles or creator profiles is not supported.

Connecting from the iOS app? You must accept tracking permissions first, or the connection fails. See Tracking permissions on iOS (Facebook and Instagram).
Open another browser tab or window and log out of Facebook.
In Metricool, open the connection dashboard.
Click Connect Page. A Facebook popup appears.
Log in with your personal Facebook account and grant access to Metricool. This authorizes Metricool to access Pages associated with your account; it does not add your personal profile to Metricool.
Select the Facebook Page you want to connect from the list of Pages you administer.
If the Facebook Page is linked to an Instagram account, Instagram connects automatically. See Linking Facebook to Instagram.
For multiple Facebook Pages (especially agencies), have different administrators connect to Metricool. If Facebook revokes permissions, fewer pages need reconnecting.
If you cannot connect
If your page is not listed or the connection fails, follow I can't connect Facebook. For Business Manager access issues, see Meta Business Manager Permissions.
