Metricool also offers the option to use its mobile app in White Label mode, designed for integrators or partners who want to provide the service to their own clients.

Here’s how it works and what you should know.

Where to download the app?

The app is available on:

Right now, there’s only the official Metricool app; you can’t change the name or create a custom standalone app for each integrator.

How does White Label access work?

If you’re an integrator or partner:

  • You can enable mobile access in White Label mode.

  • This has to be activated on our end.

  • Once it's enabled, each end user can set up their own username and password to log into the app.

❗The app will show all connected social networks. Even though you can choose which networks to show to your clients in the White Label platform, those filters don’t apply in the mobile app.

Keep in mind: The app keeps the standard Metricool design, name, and experience. It’s not possible to customize it with logos, colors, or other brand elements.

How to request the activation?

If you want to offer the mobile app to your clients in White Label mode:

  1. Contact our support team to get it enabled.

  2. Let your end users know so they can set up their username and password.

  3. That’s it! They’ll be able to log into the Metricool app.
