How to read Flows analytics
Updated today
Track Flow performance from the list and the View Analytics detail, which shows sends, interactions, CTR, and send history.
Metrics in the list
The Flows list in Planning → Flows shows summary metrics for each automation.
Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
Sends | Times the automation has fired |
Interactions | For Comment → DM: clicks on the reaction button or replies to the first DM. For DM → DM and Story Reply → DM: a click on the link, with unique clicks tracked per flow |
CTR | Interaction rate (interactions / sends). For DM and Story Reply flows, the rate reflects genuine engagement: an interaction is counted only when the person clicks the link, not when they receive the message. Before this change, the rate always showed 100% |
Last execution | Date and time of the last run |
View Analytics detail
Select View Analytics on a Flow row to open the stats view for that Flow. It includes new context elements in place of the previous preview, a chart, and the execution history.
The chart has a dedicated axis for click-through rate (CTR).
The Edit button is hidden for users without editing permissions.
Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
Execution table | Username, date and time, social network, and status (completed or failed) for each send |
TikTok execution tables show the username, and Instagram DM and Story Reply flow stats resolve usernames too.
A send logged as failed indicates an API failure. For Instagram, the 7-day window after the comment or the 24-hour window after the user's interaction may also have expired. For TikTok, the 10-message limit on the DM → DM Flow may have been reached. In any of these cases, the trigger does not fire and the message is not sent. See Flows limits, restrictions, and permissions for the full window rules.
