How to check your current plan in Metricool

Your current plan appears in Plan and Billing. Open it from the top menu to see whether you are on Free, Starter, Advanced, or Custom, plus your billing cycle and renewal date.
Check your plan
Use the Metricool website to view the plan on the account you own. Manage billing from the website, not the mobile app, unless you bought the plan through the App Store or Google Play.
Click ☰ in the top menu.
Select Plan and Billing (or open the same screen from the top-right shortcut labeled Plan and billing).
Review the plan details on the page.
You can also open Account settings from the same menu, then go to the Plans and billing section.
What you see in Plan and Billing
The Plan and Billing screen shows the subscription details for the account you own.
Current plan: Free, Starter, Advanced, or Custom
Billing cycle: monthly or yearly
Renewal date
Billing history
Options to change or cancel your plan, manage add-ons, download invoices, update your payment method, and edit billing details
Plan names and brand limits:
Free: 1 brand
Starter: up to 5 or 10 brands, depending on the option
Advanced: up to 15, 25, or 50 brands, depending on the option
Custom: a custom number of brands, starting at 50+

If you only use a shared brand
Invited users can access only the brands shared with them. They cannot view billing information, subscription details, or other brands on the owner’s account.
Your role on a shared brand is not the same as the account’s plan. A shared brand can show paid features even if your own account is Free. In that case you may still see a "Go Premium" message for your own account while using paid features inside the shared brand.
To check your role on a brand, open the brand dropdown at the top. Shared brands show your assigned role next to the brand name. For roles, permissions, and shared-brand access, see How to verify your account access and your plan limits.
