How to see the owner of a brand

How to identify the owner of a brand?
If you need to identify who owns a brand in your Metricool account, you can easily do so from the connections panel using the table view.
This feature is especially useful if you manage multiple brands or work in a team, as it allows you to quickly see the owner’s email for each brand.
The brand owner is the only role with full control: they can create brands and manage the subscription, with access to billing and the payment method.
Steps to see the owner of a brand
Access the connections panel
Go to the top-right menu (three horizontal lines) and select Connections.
Enable table view
In the connections panel, click View as table. A modal window will open showing all your brands organized in a table format.
Search for the brand (optional)
If you manage many brands, use the search bar at the top of the table to filter by brand name. Just type part of the name and the table will update automatically.
Check the owner
In the Owner column, you’ll see the email of the person who created and owns each brand.
Who can see this information?
Any user with access to the brand can view the connections panel and the table view, regardless of their role.
If you need to change the owner of a brand, check the article about sharing and transferring brands.
