Social networks got disconnected: how to reconnect them in Metricool

Disconnection Notification
Sometimes social networks may revoke our permissions, causing social networks to disconnect from Metricool. When this happens, you will receive a notification by email to reconnect.
Please note that if you have the account/page connected in more than one brand, you will receive a disconnection notification for each brand.
In shared brands, in addition to the account owner, users with management permission will also receive this notification.
For the management of multiple Facebook pages, especially in agency scenarios, it's advised to have different administrators connect to Metricool. This way, if Facebook automatically revokes permissions, the impact of disconnecting your pages is minimized, meaning you will have to reconnect fewer pages.
How to reconnect
To reconnect, follow these steps:
Access the connections dahboard.
Click on "Connect". A pop-up window for the social network will appear.
Log in with the account credentials (or click continue if you are already logged in)
Once reconnected the data will be automatically synchronized again.

Disconnection reasons
These are some of the common reasons why your account may be disconnected:
You changed your Facebook or Instagram password.
Suspicious Instagram login attempts were detected (for example, from a new location).
The permissions have been revoked from your profile, so Metricool has lost access.
Facebook detects a security issue on your account.
Facebook suspects spammy behavior on your account (for example, you’re posting too frequently or posting repetitive content).
You’ve been connected for 2 months on LinkedIn (this is normal, your connection will expire every so often for your security).
