Google Business Profile Metrics

Please note that some Google Business Profile metrics may not be available for the last 5-6 days. Keywords of the last month may not be up to date during the first days of the current month.

Below, you'll find all the available metrics for your GBP account.

If you hover over the arrow icon next to the numbers, it will show you the variation of the current period with respect to the previous period. For example, if you select a week, the result will compare to the previous 7 days.

Location

✅ REACH

  • Google Maps: number of times they searched for your business on Google Maps.

  • Google Search: number of times they searched for your business on Google Search.

  • Total: Total number of the sum of searches coming from Google Search and Google Map.

✅ DISTRIBUTION OF REACH BY SOURCE

This section shows the percentage of the reach, you can view the data in graph or table.

✅ KEYWORDS

In this section you can consult the impressions generated by each keyword in the searches.

✅ CLICS

  • Website: Total number of times they clicked the button to access the company's website from our Google Business Profile listing.

  • Phone: Total number of times they have clicked the call button to contact the brand by phone from our Google Business Profile listing.

  • Directions: Total number of times they have clicked on the button how to get to the company's location from our Google Business Profile.

  • Total: Total clicks on all buttons in our Google Business Profile.

Reviews

✅ REVIEWS

  • Star Rating: Average rating of your company / location.

  • Total: Total reviews.

✅ LIST OF REVIEWS

  • User: The name of the user who made the review.

  • Message: The text of the review.

  • Date: The date the review was published.

  • Star rating: The rating given by the user to our company.

  • Answered: Whether or not the review is answered.

Photos and videos

✅ PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

  • Total: Total photos and videos uploaded in the selected period.

✅ LIST OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

  • Date: Date on which the photo or video publication is made.

  • Type: Type of publication, whether photo or video.

Publications

✅ POSTS

  • Total: Total number of publications produced in the selected period.

✅ LIST OF POSTS

  • Date: Date on which the publication is made.

  • Type: Type of publication can be photo or video.
